These Terms of Service govern your use of Fair Dinkum Legal, operated by WolfBunny Inc (USA) and Wolf Bunny Pty Ltd (Australia) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a package, or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Fair Dinkum Legal is a document-automation and case-administration platform. We are NOT a law firm, and we do NOT provide legal advice. We do not hold out as lawyers, legal practitioners, or as providing legal representation.
We do not appear in court for you, negotiate on your behalf as your representative, conduct litigation on your behalf, or give personalised legal opinions on your prospects or strategy. The use of our platform does not create a solicitor–client or attorney–client relationship.
We provide legal information, document automation, and case administration using our tools (including Fair Dinkum Legal and Dragon). Our services apply fixed procedural doctrine and evidentiary standards uniformly to the facts you supply — deterministic application, not discretionary professional judgment.
Pathways and options are presented as determinate procedural consequences and their evidentiary basis for you to choose. We do not direct you with personalised "you should" advice; you select your pathway.
Fees are charged for tooling and administration — document preparation, platform access, case organisation, and related administrative services — not for legal advice or legal representation. Pricing and inclusions are described at checkout or in your engagement materials.
You are the author and decision-maker. Every document generated or assisted through the platform is yours to review, amend, and adopt. Affidavits are your sworn facts — you swear them before an authorised witness (such as a JP) and you are responsible for their accuracy. You decide what is filed and when.
Nothing is lodged or sent to a court, tribunal, or third party without your specific written direction for that adopted document. Where you direct us to lodge, we transmit the adopted document as an administrative act only — we do not exercise legal judgment, appear, correspond, or hold out as acting for you. You are self-represented; we assist a self-represented litigant — we do not run your case.
You may seek independent legal advice at any time and are encouraged to do so, especially before filing documents or making significant procedural decisions. Our platform does not replace qualified legal counsel.
Where you authorise us to access a court portal or similar account (for example, the Commonwealth Courts Portal), that access is for administration: downloading and organising your documents, and — only when you give a specific written direction for an adopted document — lodging it. There is no standing or blanket authority to lodge; the decision what to file, when, and the filing authority remain yours.
Court email or portal accounts set up for you are your own, administered at your direction. Credentials are stored securely (Supabase Vault) and used only for the administrative purposes you authorise; you may withdraw or rotate access at any time.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome in your matter. We do not promise that you will win, succeed, or achieve any specific result. Court decisions depend on many factors beyond documentation quality, including judicial discretion, opposing conduct, and the specific facts and law applicable to your case.
Depending on your package and staff configuration, deliverables may include document automation outputs, case-administration support, and access to Dragon Dashy when staff enable it for your engagement. These are tooling and administration deliverables — not a law-firm service level agreement, legal representation, or guarantee of court outcomes.
Timelines and availability depend on your inputs, document completeness, and operational capacity. We will communicate material delays where practicable, but turnaround is not a promise of legal result.
The platform uses automation and artificial intelligence. Generated content may contain errors or omissions. You must review all outputs before adoption or filing. You are responsible for every document you adopt.
We handle your data in accordance with our privacy practices described in our Legal Disclaimer (Data Handling and Privacy section). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair Dinkum Legal, WolfBunny Inc, Wolf Bunny Pty Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
Questions about these terms or our services may be directed through our support channels. See also our Legal Disclaimer.
