What does the platform actually deliver?

Staff use Dragon to organise your source material, identify evidentiary gaps, map available procedures and prepare documents within the agreed scope. FDL may decline to advance a proposition that the available material cannot responsibly support.

How do I know it's not just template forms?

Generic templates are not the product. In guided matters, preparation draws on your uploaded material and recorded answers; outputs vary by pathway and facts. You review, amend and adopt every document.

What happens if the scope is wrong or delivery has a problem?

Your pathway, deliverables, fee and payment terms are set out in your quote and engagement agreement. Any refund or service issue is handled under that agreement and the Australian Consumer Law. No court outcome is guaranteed.

Can I still use a lawyer?

Yes. You may seek independent legal advice at any time.

How does guided access work?

What affects the available pathway

No percentage predicts the result of an individual parenting matter. The practical questions include:

What orders, findings and procedural deadlines already exist?
What material is allegation-source material, and what has been tested or found?
What is the current care arrangement, how did it arise and what evidence records it?
What evidence connects an asserted risk to this parent, these children and the restriction sought?
What information is missing?
Is the proposed work proportionate in time and cost to the remedy available?
